Shakespeare's Hamlet has been called "the play from which all other plays take their measure." Hamlet is an extraordinary read: it features pirates, murder, suicide, ghosts, true love, a play within a play, friendship, betrayal, lust, poison, plots, stabbing, sex, corruption, vice, drinking AND bad language.
It is also a play about what it means to be human. What do we have free will for?
